Ann Marie represents clients in residential and commercial real estate and land use matters.
Prior Experience:
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Kuhn worked for the Administration for Children’s Services in New York City litigating numerous cases involving child support and paternity. After moving to New Jersey, she prepared land use applications and researched legal topics for municipal court matters for a private firm. In 2009, Mrs. Kuhn joined a boutique law firm in Central Jersey, specializing in real estate where she handled all contract negotiations, purchases, sales, and short sales.
