The law firm of Kitrick, McWeeney & Wells LLC, consists of four attorneys and a support staff of approximately 13 secretaries and paralegals. The firm was formed in 1991 and has provided quality legal services in New Jersey for more than 30 years.

Kitrick, McWeeney & Wells LLC’s practice includes personal injury litigation, insurance law, nursing home abuse and neglect litigation, criminal law, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, land use, banking law, probate, trusts and estates, estate planning, wills, Workers’ Compensation and municipal and criminal law. The firm has long-standing relationships with insurance companies and acts as litigation counsel for them. They provide legal services to State Farm Mutual Insurance Company, State Farm Indemnity, Allstate Insurance Company, Scibal Associates, Jenkinson’s, Toll Brothers, Pulte Homes, Greentree Development and Chef’s International. The firm is counsel for local municipalities including Avon-by-the-Sea, Bradley Beach, Brick Township, Manasquan, Wall Township, Lakewood Township, Spring Lake Heights, Neptune, Lake Como, Point Pleasant Borough and various other municipal and county organizations, including Southeast Monmouth Municipal Utilities Authority and Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority.
