Mark G. Kitrick

MARK G. KITRICK, ESQ.

Founding Partner Mark G. Kitrick brings nearly 40 years of experience to his practice of municipal law, land use, and labor law. He represents municipalities, boards, businesses, and private individuals throughout New Jersey in a wide range of legal matters.
Mark currently serves as Borough Attorney for Manasquan, General Counsel for the Southeast Monmouth Municipal Utilities Authority, Planning Board Attorney for Avon-by-the-Sea and Neptune Township, Land Use Board Attorney for Spring Lake Heights and Bradley Beach, and Labor Counsel for Lake Como.
 
A graduate of Delaware Law School of Widener University and Seton Hall University, Mark is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

William E. Wells, Jr., Esq.

Partner William E. Wells, Jr. is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury and medical malpractice. He is recognized by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by fewer than 2% of New Jersey attorneys.
Will has secured millions of dollars through verdicts and settlements for injured clients and handles a wide range of serious injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, slip and fall accidents, defective products, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.
 
A graduate of The Citadel and Seton Hall Law School, Will is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Michael D. Schaller

Michael D. Schaller, Esq.

Partner Michael D. Schaller concentrates his practice on personal injury, criminal defense, and municipal court matters. He represents clients facing DWI, domestic violence, controlled dangerous substance charges, and other criminal matters.
 
Before becoming an attorney, Michael served 26 years with the New Jersey State Police, retiring in 2012 as a Major and Chief of Staff to the Superintendent. During his career, he handled complex criminal investigations and worked with the Office of the Attorney General on civil litigation involving alleged wrongdoing by State Police personnel.
 
Michael also serves as the Public Defender for Point Pleasant and Point Pleasant Beach, bringing extensive law enforcement and criminal justice experience to his defense practice.
